Payment is currently accepted via M-Pesa, sent directly to D Stays using the details we share after your booking request. We don't process card payments or store card numbers on the site.
Unless a specific listing states otherwise: cancel 7+ days before check-in for a full refund, 3-6 days before for a 50% refund, and within 3 days of check-in (or after) bookings are non-refundable.
We don't collect a separate security deposit through the site. You're responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, settled directly with the property owner/manager.
